- Yes. We hold seasonal maintenance contracts for storefronts, offices, gas stations and multi-unit properties, including snow and ice removal.
- Nothing. We walk the property, measure the beds and lawn, and send an itemized written estimate at no charge.
- Most Erie properties get cleaned up and mulched between late April and early June. Booking early gets you the earlier slots.
- Yes — weekly mowing with trimming and blow-down, billed monthly for the season.
- Yes, fully insured, and every job is run by our own crew rather than subcontracted out.
