Our Story
Started by Matt. Run today by his son, Tony.
Matt Cordovano founded the company in 1994 with a truck, a mower and a straightforward promise: leave every property better than you found it. Three decades later, that promise still runs the business.
Tony grew up on the crew and now leads it. He is on job sites, not behind a desk — which is why customers who hired his father are still customers today. The crew is the same faces season after season, and they know your property before they pull in the driveway.
We work residential and commercial properties across Erie and the surrounding townships, from weekly maintenance contracts to full design and paver installations.
